These last few months, I have gained weight, been unmotivated to workout and just down right sluggish. I promised myself I would put my all into becoming a better me this year and I meant that. Joel Marion, the author of “Always Eat After 7PM”, came up with a plan with you and I in mind. His 3 Stage Plan consist of the following: The 14- day Acceleration Phase, the kick start of the program where we will see rapid results. The Main Phase, this will outline the foods we need to eat to achieve our weight loss goals. Lastly the Lifestyle Phase, this will give us the tools we need to keep the weight off for good.
I am all for a healthy lifestyle change instead of the temporary quick fixes that I’ve tried before. Before reading Joel’s book I always thought eating late was a big NO! However he completed debunks this theory. Losing weight, eating late, and flatter abs? This was a no brainer for me, I’m all locked in! The thing that stuck out most to me was, “And let’s not forget the most important part: for the first time in months, I had the energy to keep up with my littles girls. They were finally getting the best of daddy. My confidence was back because I felt like a new man!”
As a mom of three I honestly cannot express how much energy I need to keep up with them. When I am not my best I can’t be all they need me to be and that is not ok. I’m thrilled to take you all along on this journey. I’ll see you back here next week when I check in:)
