This year, I decided to switch things up with our advent calendar. Instead of crafting my own like I usually do, I found a beautiful oversized cotton calendar that can be used and customized for years to come. The best part? I snagged it at an amazing price, most similar ones are $100 or more! I’ll link it here for those of you who might want to grab one, too.
Advent calendars are such a fun way to build excitement and create meaningful memories as we count down to Christmas. I love filling each pocket with a mix of surprises and activities that bring joy to our family. Here are some ideas for fillers that have been a hit in our home:

One of my favorite things about this tradition is how personal it can be. Even if it’s December 5th or 10th, it’s never too late to jump in. Start small and add as you go.
