Finding meals that are quick and delicious is my main goal as a full-time working mom. I started making this taco croissant when I lived in Charlotte some years ago but haven’t made it in a while. I decided to pull it out of the archives and made it for the family the other day. It took me no time and they were more than pleased.
Shopping List
- 2 rolls of pillsbury croissants
- 1lb of ground turkey
- 1 pack of taco seasoning
- 1 pack of shredded taco cheese
- Sour Cream
- 1 can of original rotel
- Shredded lettuce
- Optional black olives and jalapeños
Take the croissant rolls and lay them flat (pointed ends out) on a greased foiled lined pizza pan.

Cook seasoned ground turkey in pan and add taco seasoning(follow instructions on the packet)
Put the meat in croissant rolls (going around the circle) and add a cup of shredded taco cheese. Pull and tuck the tips of the croissants over the meat and cheese.

Bake for approximately 30 mins on 350 minutes.

Once the croissant taco roll browns remove it from the oven and add lettuce, shredded taco cheese, rotel, jalapeños and olives to the middle.

If you decide to make it, let me know what you think and don’t forget to tag me on IG. Enjoy!

This looks amazing!!! The boys and I are definitely going to make this sometime this week
