Valentine’s Day Breakfast

Valentine’s Day is less than a week away and we are squeezing in all of the festive meals and activities. I love v-day but to be honest I haven’t really been in the mood to celebrate. The new year trauma threw us way off of our game. However, I couldn’t allow love season to go without doing some of our favorite traditions. Each year we have a Valentine’s breakfast/brunch or dinner. Festive breakfasts are always a hit in my house. I decided to push our breakfast up since lover’s day falls on a Monday this year.

I used my heart shaped waffler maker that I purchased last year to make the waffles. You can grab your own here! The cheese was cut into hearts with a heart cookie cutter and I cut the top of the strawberries in a v shape. I really am a firm believer of celebrating each day and a little extra during the holidays. Something small as a festive breakfast brings out BIG smiles. I hope you find a way to celebrate and add a festive breakfast in your traditions.

Check my girl out. This is her first Valentine’s brunch she took the lead on like 3 years ago.
